No, the library does not collect textbooks. Go to the UMKC Bookstore in person or online to find your textbooks. If your course uses online textbooks, those are also provided through the UMKC Bookstore.
You can search the Library Catalog to see if we have a book or an eBook your professor is using as a text for your class. Some classes may have one or more copies of a textbook on Course Reserve at the library. This means that students can borrow the book for a few hours at a time at the Service Desk on the first floor of Miller Nichols Library.
