What is the Robot?

The Robot is the UMKC Libraries' robotic storage and retrieval system. This where we keep almost all of our books, journals, and other collections. About 80% of the Libraries' materials are in the Robot and it still has a lot of room for more items. You can request items that are stored in the Robot and library staff will retrieve them, then you can collect them at a library service desk.
